Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve success in meeting sales goals
  2. Create and implement sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction
  3. Build relationships with customers to ensure customer loyalty
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and complaints
  5. Monitor sales team performance and provide feedback
  6. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
