We are looking for a Sales and Service Leader who is passionate about customer service, has a knack for problem-solving, and is committed to providing a high-quality shopping experience for our customers.The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail setting. They should be passionate about creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers, have excellent communication skills, and be knowledgeable about our products and services. They should also be highly organized, able to think on their feet, and be capable of working independently and as part of a team. Above all, they should have a genuine enthusiasm for providing our customers with an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers in the store.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable and accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with items selection and purchase.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer purchases and returns and ensure all transactions are completed accurately.
- Monitor the store floor to ensure all customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Work closely with the store team to ensure customer service standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Participate in store events, promotional activities, and product launches.
- Provide training and guidance to new associates.
