Responsibilities:
• Manage and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations • Coach and mentor team members to ensure they deliver excellent customer service • Monitor and evaluate team member performance and provide feedback • Develop new sales initiatives to encourage guest loyalty • Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategies to maximize sales • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners • Oversee the use of retail POS systems and other software applications • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure quality standards are met • Remain up to date with industry trends and best practices • Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
