Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Sales and Service Leader to join LVMH and help us continue to provide exceptional customer service and sales. In this role, you’ll be working with customers to build relationships, process orders, and provide knowledgeable advice. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive in problem-solving, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Sales and Service Leader, you’ll be the face of LVMH and have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers’ experience. Responsibilities: -Build relationships with customers and manage customer inquiries -Process customer orders in an efficient and accurate manner -Provide knowledgeable advice and troubleshoot customer issues -Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction -Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times -Keep up to date with the latest products and services -Ensure customer service standards are met -Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements -Monitor customer service performance and initiate corrective action when necessary
