Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join the team at LVMH. As our Operations Associate, you will be responsible for planning, executing and managing operations activities and initiatives in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. You will be a key member of the team, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure operations objectives are met and deadlines are achieved.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations or related field, with an understanding of the business processes and systems used in the organization. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to think strategically and analytically. Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute operations activities and initiatives to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Monitor and measure operations performance against objectives and deadlines.
  4. Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement new policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  6. Oversee the development and implementation of operational systems and processes.
  7. Develop and track operational budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  8. Create and deliver reports on operations performance and progress.
  9. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and reviews.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to identify areas of improvement.
