Are you an experienced IT Applications Analyst with a passion for Ecommerce & Omnichannel? LVMH is looking for an innovative and driven individual to join our IT team as an Applications Analyst specializing in Ecommerce & Omnichannel. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to maximize the performance of our Ecommerce & Omnichannel systems.The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience in IT Applications Analysis and a comprehensive understanding of Ecommerce & Omnichannel systems. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those requirements.
  2. Create detailed technical specifications and test cases.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve application and systems issues.
  4. Monitor and maintain Ecommerce & Omnichannel systems performance.
  5. Develop and implement automated solutions to improve system operations.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance to users.
  7. Maintain documentation and adhere to established standards.
  8. Coordinate with IT team members and other departments to ensure smooth system operations.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies.
