Job Description

The LVMH Group is a world leader in the luxury retail industry, and is looking for a Head of Accounting, Treasury and Taxes to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual with strong financial and analytical skills, who can lead the accounting, treasury and taxes department with a firm hand and an eye for detail.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field and at least 7 years of experience in accounting, treasury and taxes. We are looking for someone who is able to think strategically, analyze data effectively, and prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team.The Head of Accounting, Treasury and Taxes will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the execution of the accounting, treasury and taxes related activities for the LVMH Group. He/She will be a key member of the executive team and will be responsible for the continuous improvement of accounting, treasury and taxes processes and procedures across the Group. The successful candidate will be a decisive leader and will demonstrate commitment, integrity, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the accounting, treasury and taxes department of the LVMH Group
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the Group’s compliance with all applicable accounting, treasury and taxes regulations
  • Analyze financial data and develop reports to ensure accurate and timely financial statements
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports
  • Maintain all accounting, treasury and taxes records for the Group
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy of all accounting, treasury and taxes processes
  • Monitor and audit internal controls to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of the Group’s tax returns
  • Monitor and analyze changes in tax laws to ensure the Group’s compliance
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities
  • Supervise and mentor accounting, treasury and taxes team members
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the accounting, treasury and taxes team
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to the accounting, treasury and taxes processes and procedures

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting

  • Finance Or Economics

  • At Least Years Of Progressive Experience In A Related Field

  • Thorough Knowledge Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And International Financial Reporting Standards (Ifrs)

  • Experience In The Preparation Of Financial Statements And The Consolidation Of Various Companies

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Treasury Management

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Taxation Laws And Regulations

Compensation
