Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director, ITSM & Client Services to join the IT Service Management (ITSM) team at LVMH. This position will be responsible for partnering with the IT teams to deliver and manage IT services, provide quality customer support, and resolve complex technical issues.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as five or more years of experience working with ITSM solutions. They should be highly organized, proactive, and have excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders is essential.The Director, ITSM & Client Services will be a key leader in the successful delivery of IT services to our customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive service management strategy and implementation plan for the IT Service Management team.
  2. Manage and coordinate the delivery of quality IT services to customers.
  3. Oversee the daily operations and activities of the ITSM team.
  4. Lead and direct staff to ensure that the goals and objectives of the team are met.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of IT services.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer service levels and performance.
  7. Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  8. Provide timely and accurate customer support.
  9. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
