Client Advisor

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of success in providing outstanding customer service, along with a passion for the luxury and fashion industry.The ideal candidate will have a customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills. You should be able to think on your feet and make independent decisions in order to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Your excellent knowledge of the luxury and fashion industry, coupled with your ability to build relationships with clients, will be essential to this role.We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury/fashion retail environment. You must have a professional demeanor, excellent problem-solving skills, and an engaging personality. Additionally, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.If you are an enthusiastic individual with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and provide a superior customer experience, we would love to hear from you!
