Job Description

The LVMH Beauty Advisor is a unique and exciting role for beauty aficionados who want to provide outstanding customer service and share their passion for beauty products with others. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong knowledge of beauty products, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to give customers a personalized and luxurious shopping experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personalized and knowledgeable advice to customers on beauty products.
  2. Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing outstanding customer service.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty products, trends, and techniques.
  5. Ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  6. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  7. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing beauty products.
  8. Process payments and handle sales transactions.
  9. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
  10. Track sales data and generate reports.
