At LVMH, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Apprenticeship - HR Missions Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This individual will be responsible for the development and coordination of our apprenticeship programs, ensuring that they are in compliance with legal regulations and applicable laws. In this role, you will work closely with various departments, providing guidance and support to help our apprentices reach their potential.The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in Human Resources, with a focus on recruiting and training apprentices. They must have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing team projects, with attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and coordinate apprenticeship programs to ensure compliance with legal regulations and applicable laws.
  2. Provide guidance and support to apprentices to help them reach their potential.
  3. Work closely with various departments to ensure successful execution of apprenticeship programs.
  4. Recruit and train apprentices.
  5. Lead and manage team projects, ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  6. Facilitate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Think critically and problem-solve effectively.
  8. Monitor and evaluate progress of apprenticeship programs.
  9. Maintain records of apprenticeship programs.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or A Related Field

  • At Least Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role

  • Excellent Knowledge Of Employment Legislation

  • Proficient In The Use Of Microsoft Office Suite And Hris Systems

  • Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Interpersonal Relationships With Colleagues
