Job Description

Troubleshoot and resolve all server-side WMS systems issues defects or enhancements. Script, automate and monitor applications for service level integrity/performance and respond with a sense of urgency for any incidents or degradation of service. Evaluate, test and apply updates and patches to Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications. Research, propose, document and implement system enhancements that will improve reliability, features and performance of WMS applications. Access and performance issues as well as assist in disaster recovery planning of WMS applications. Coach and mentor junior staff.
