Video Production Specialist

Performs specialized video production duties involving writing, producing, and directing and editing video programs, using sophisticated electronic video production equipment. Plans and schedules productions: cast, crew, sets, props, and wardrobes, etc. Solicits and reviews evaluations and recommendations in writing from subject matter experts, trainers, media and management staff, and employees receiving the training to evaluate and improve video training programs. Operates broadcast quality video production equipment as a producer, director, or as a crew member on programs produced by others, by following the instructions of the director and primary equipment operator to produce artistic and technical quality of sound and pictures. Writes, produces and directs programs using computer graphics, sound, and imaging video images.
