Establishes procedures and processes to provide an efficient and reliable experience for our customers. Maintains effective customer communication standards and relations to ensure services are aligned to customer needs, and feedback is used for continuous improvement. Ensures effective financial oversight to ensure the best alignment of revenues and expenses within the construct provided to deliver services. Implements state approved vehicle registration, licensing and renewal processes and procedures. Manages the manufacturer approved and internally provided warranty programs for GM and Ford vehicles. Ensures, through subordinate staff, Contractor compliance with automotive related contracts and applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies. Develop and implement plans and strategies to enhance delivery of services.

Los Angeles County, one of California's original 27 counties, was established on Feb. 18, 1850. It is one of the nation's largest counties with 4,084 square miles, and has the largest population of any county in the nation - nearly 10 million residents who account for approximately 27 percent of California's population. As a subdivision of the state, the County is charged with providing numerous services that affect the lives of all residents, including law enforcement, tax collection, public health protection, public social services, elections and flood control.
