  1. Oversee and manage all technical aspects of subcontracted work, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards of quality and excellence.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for subcontractors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between all parties involved.
  3. Monitor and track subcontractor progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays in a timely manner.
  4. Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of subcontractor proposals and technical documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
  5. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
  6. Work closely with project managers to develop and implement strategies for successful execution of subcontracted work.
  7. Actively participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on subcontractor progress and any technical challenges that may arise.
  8. Conduct thorough evaluations of subcontractor performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement as needed.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the subcontracted work.
  10. Adhere to all company and government regulations, policies, and procedures related to subcontracted work.
  11. Utilize strong project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks and deadlines.
  12. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the subcontracted work, promoting efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure seamless integration and coordination of subcontracted work.
  14. Act as a representative of the company, promoting our mission and values to subcontractors and other stakeholders.
  15. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all subcontracted work, including budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability To Obtain And Maintain A Department Of Energy Security Clearance.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Engineering, Physics, Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Role, Preferably In A Government Or National Laboratory Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Technical And Project Management Principles, Including Project Planning, Scheduling, And Budgeting.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
