  1. Oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems on shift, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that may arise, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  3. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems.

  7. Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, identifying and addressing any potential hazards.
  9. Prepare and present reports and updates on the status and performance of mechanical systems to management and other stakeholders.
  10. Take ownership of projects and initiatives related to mechanical systems, ensuring their successful completion within designated timelines and budgets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Mechanical System Design And Operation.

  • Experience With Project Management And Ability To Lead A Team.

  • Familiarity With Nuclear Facility Operations And Safety Protocols.
