- Lead and coordinate research and development projects within Los Alamos National Laboratory.
- Ensure that all projects are aligned with the laboratory's mission of advancing science and engineering for national security and prosperity.
- Oversee the budget, timeline, and resources for assigned programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

- Develop and implement project plans, including setting goals, objectives, and milestones.

Advanced Degree In A Science Or Engineering Field, Such As Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Or Electrical Engineering
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In A Scientific Or Technical Environment
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Teams And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments
Extensive Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management
Familiarity With Government Contracts And Regulations, As Well As Experience Working With Federal Agencies Or National Laboratories.
