- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and technicians to develop innovative solutions.
- Design and test prototypes to validate new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.

- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Processes, Preferably In A Research And Development Setting.
Knowledge Of Cad/Cam Software And Experience With 3D Printing And Cnc Machining.
Familiarity With Manufacturing Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001 And Osha.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Complex Manufacturing Processes.
