Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective industrial hygiene and safety policies, procedures, and practices.
2. Identify potential hazards and risks associated with our operations and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
3. Monitor and evaluate existing safety and health systems to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
4. Develop and deliver training programs to employees on industrial hygiene and safety topics.
5. Conduct safety and health inspections and audits to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective action.
6. Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root cause and develop corrective action plans.
7. Prepare reports, documents, and presentations related to industrial hygiene and safety topics.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industrial hygiene and safety regulations and best practices.
9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure safe and healthy work environments.
10. Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure that safety and health protocols are followed.
