Job Description

At Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), the HRIS Analyst will be a key contributor to the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team. This role will be responsible for providing technical and analytical support for the HRIS systems as well as providing data analysis, auditing, and reporting. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR technology and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.To be successful in this position, the candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience with HRIS systems. In addition, the candidate must have strong technical and analytical skills, a working knowledge of SQL, and have the ability to interpret and analyze data. The ideal candidate must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Finally, a commitment to customer service excellence and the ability to quickly adapt to changing technologies and processes are essential.

Responsibilities:
