Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of D&D materials and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.   1. Maintain accurate inventory of all D&D materials, including tracking and reporting of all incoming and outgoing items.
  2. Create and implement organization systems for efficient and effective material control and accountability.
  3. Ensure all D&D materials are properly stored, labeled, and secured to maintain safety and security.
  4. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of D&D materials and their uses, including staying up-to-date on new materials and their properties.
  5. Communicate with team members and other departments to coordinate material needs and ensure timely delivery.
  6. Regularly conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with material handling and storage procedures.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve any material discrepancies or issues.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all material transactions and inventory levels.
  9. Train and educate team members on material control and accountability procedures and protocols.
  10. Continuously improve material control processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks or issues related to material control and take necessary corrective actions.
  13. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to material control and accountability.
  14. Represent the organization in a professional manner and uphold its values and standards.
  15. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Materials Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Dungeons & Dragons Rules And Gameplay Mechanics.

  • Experience With Material Control And Accountability In A Laboratory Or Research Setting.

  • Familiarity With Nuclear Materials And Their Handling Procedures.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Maintain Accurate Records.
