Los Alamos National Laboratory is looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Construction Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet quality standards through proper inspection, testing, and verification. You must possess strong technical and interpersonal skills to be successful.We are looking for someone who has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or construction management. Additionally, you must have at least three years of experience in a related position, and have a working knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.We value individuals who are proactive, have a strong attention to detail, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect and test construction projects to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  2. Verify that construction projects comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  3. Monitor construction progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Provide technical advice and support to construction teams.
  5. Identify and resolve any quality issues.
  6. Develop and implement effective quality assurance processes.
  7. Document test results and prepare reports.
  8. Keep abreast of new developments in construction quality assurance.
  9. Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
  10. Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
