  1. Develop and maintain UAT processes to ensure high-quality and efficient testing of the company's workflows and systems.
  2. Design and execute test plans and scripts to identify and resolve any bugs or issues within the workflows and systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions to optimize workflows.
  4. Monitor and analyze the performance of workflows and systems, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  5. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure the stability and security of workflows and systems.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in workflow management systems to continuously improve processes and systems.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members on UAT processes and best practices.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on UAT progress and any issues or concerns.
  9. Participate in the development and maintenance of automated testing tools and frameworks.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to workflows and systems.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards for all UAT processes.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for UAT processes and workflow management systems within the organization.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to integrate new systems and technologies into existing workflows.
  14. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Take ownership of UAT projects and proactively address any challenges or roadblocks.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In User Acceptance Testing (Uat): A Senior Uat Engineer At London Stock Exchange Group Should Possess A Strong Background And Proven Track Record In Leading And Executing Uat Processes For Complex Workflow And Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Trading Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Financial Markets And Trading Systems, Including Order Management Systems, Trade Execution Platforms, And Market Data Systems.

  • Expertise In Workflow And System Testing: The Senior Uat Engineer Should Be Proficient In Testing Workflows And Systems, Identifying Defects And Recommending Solutions To Improve The Overall Efficiency And Functionality Of The Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, Effective Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential. The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Business Users To Gather Requirements And Provide Regular Updates On Uat Progress.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Senior Uat Engineer Should Have Experience In Leading A Team And Managing Projects, Including Developing Test Plans, Estimating Timelines, And Assigning Tasks To Team Members. They Should Also Have The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Ensure Timely Delivery Of Uat Results.
