  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, and IT, to gather necessary information for risk assessments.
  5. Analyze and evaluate third-party risk assessment reports to identify any gaps or areas for improvement.
  6. Communicate risk assessment findings to relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors to ensure ongoing risk management and compliance.
  8. Stay informed about potential emerging risks and trends in the financial industry and incorporate them into risk assessment processes.
  9. Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to third-party risk management.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on risk assessment processes and best practices.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of third-party risk assessments.
  12. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of the third-party risk assessment program.
  13. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators as needed.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Third-Party Risk Management (Tprm) And Risk Assessment Processes, Including A Strong Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Industry Best Practices.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Tprm Risk Assessment Strategies And Protocols, Including Identifying And Assessing Potential Risks, Evaluating Third-Party Vendors, And Developing Risk Mitigation Plans.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify Potential Vulnerabilities And Gaps In Third-Party Relationships And Develop Solutions To Mitigate These Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Stakeholders To Drive Tprm Risk Assessment Initiatives.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Tprm Risk Assessment Projects, Including Experience With Project Management Methodologies And Tools, And The Ability To Deliver High-Quality Results Within Tight Deadlines.
