  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all people-related matters.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand business needs and anticipate future talent requirements.
  4. Analyze workforce trends and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  5. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing team.
  6. Create and implement effective talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
  7. Work closely with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs that support employee development and growth.
  8. Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs are in place.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  11. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  12. Act as a change agent, leading and supporting organizational change initiatives and promoting a positive and adaptive culture.
  13. Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  14. Represent the company at external events and conferences to promote the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
  15. Mentor and coach employees at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Hr Experience: A Senior Manager, People Business Partnering At London Stock Exchange Group Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Business Partnering And People Management. This Experience Should Ideally Be In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices. This Includes Areas Such As Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation And Benefits, And Talent Acquisition.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team To Achieve Their Goals And Objectives, While Also Fostering A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Culture.

  • Business Acumen: The Senior Manager, People Business Partnering Will Be Responsible For Providing Strategic Hr Support To Various Business Units Within London Stock Exchange Group.
