  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients of the London Stock Exchange Group, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  2. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing accurate and timely information about rates and financial products.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and proactively offering solutions to meet their financial goals.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, trading, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to accurately advise clients on financial products and services.
  6. Handle and resolve any client complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Educate clients on the London Stock Exchange Group's products and services, promoting cross-selling opportunities.
  8. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.
  10. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Products: A Successful Rates Client Services Representative Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Interest Rate Products And The Global Financial Markets.
