Lead DevSecOps Engineer

9. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their security requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on security-related issues to the wider organization.
11. Represent the DevSecOps team in meetings and discussions with senior management and other departments.
12. Monitor and report on key metrics and performance indicators related to DevSecOps activities.
13. Keep accurate documentation of security processes, procedures, and changes.
14. Maintain a strong understanding of the London Stock Exchange Group's systems and applications to identify potential security risks.
