
Enterprise Records Management Analyst

- Develop and implement enterprise-wide records management policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage and organize company records, both physical and electronic, in a systematic and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to establish and maintain records retention schedules.
- Provide training and support to employees on proper records management practices.
- Monitor and track records requests and maintain accurate records of all records transactions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in records management technology.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Prepare reports and presentations on records management activities and progress.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all records management related inquiries.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate records management processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure proper storage, backup, and retrieval of electronic records.
- Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning for records management.
- Communicate and coordinate with external vendors for offsite storage and destruction of records.
- Execute special projects and tasks related to records management as assigned by management.
- Uphold the company's values and work towards achieving its goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Management, Library Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Records Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Financial Setting.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Best Practices For Records Management, Such As Gdpr And Iso 15489.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues Related To Records Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
