- Oversee and manage the supplier quality program to ensure that all suppliers meet Logitech's quality standards and requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in quality and reliability
- Lead the evaluation and selection process for new suppliers, conducting thorough audits and assessments to ensure they meet Logitech's quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality metrics and goals for suppliers
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Conduct regular on-site visits to suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and address any quality issues
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans for underperforming suppliers
- Communicate quality requirements and expectations to suppliers and ensure they are met throughout the product manufacturing process
- Lead supplier quality training programs for both internal teams and suppliers to promote quality excellence and adherence to Logitech's standards
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supplier quality management to continuously improve Logitech's processes and procedures.
At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Supplier Quality Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In A Similar Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Management Systems And Processes, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams, With The Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Team Members.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Suppliers, Internal Stakeholders, And Customers.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Engineering Or Business, With Additional Certifications In Quality Management Preferred.
