  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with the company's values and goals.
  2. Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of sustainability data across all business units.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sustainability initiatives and goals.
  4. Monitor and track progress towards sustainability targets and report on key metrics to senior leadership.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sustainability to continuously improve our strategies and initiatives.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for sustainability data and insights, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely submission of sustainability reports to regulatory bodies and other relevant organizations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to advance Logitech's sustainability efforts.
  9. Manage a team of sustainability data analysts and provide mentorship and guidance to support their growth and development.
  10. Communicate sustainability progress and impact to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and investors.
  11. Identify and implement innovative data management and analysis tools and techniques to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to integrate sustainability into all aspects of the company's operations.
  13. Identify potential risks and opportunities related to sustainability and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant sustainability regulations and standards.
  15. Represent Logitech at sustainability conferences, events, and other industry gatherings.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sustainability Reporting And Data Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Sustainability Data And Reporting, Preferably In A Corporate Setting. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sustainability Metrics And Frameworks Such As Gri And Sasb.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: As A Senior Manager For Sustainability Data & Insights, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills To Collect, Organize, And Analyze Large Sets Of Sustainability Data. They Should Be Proficient In Data Visualization And Have Experience In Using Data Management Tools And Software.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Role Requires The Candidate To Develop And Implement Sustainability Strategies For The Organization. Therefore, They Should Have A Track Record Of Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Sustainability Risks, Opportunities, And Solutions.

  • Knowledge Of Sustainability Trends And Best Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Current Sustainability Trends And Best Practices In The Industry. They Should Be Able To Identify Emerging Sustainability Issues And Develop Strategies To Address Them.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Senior Manager For Sustainability Data & Insights Will Be Responsible For Communicating Sustainability Performance To Internal And External Stakeholders. Therefore, They Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills And Be Able To Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
