We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Channel Account Manager to join our team in the Upper Midwest region.As a Regional Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our channel partnerships in the Upper Midwest region. You will work closely with our partners to drive sales and increase market share for Logitech products. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about technology and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the channel sales process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in the Upper Midwest region.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute sales strategies that align with Logitech's goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to expand market share.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct regular product training and updates for partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about Logitech's products and services.
  • Manage and track sales performance of partners, providing coaching and support as needed to achieve sales targets.
  • Proactively communicate with partners to address any issues or concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Logitech's products and brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and partner interactions in CRM system.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to inform sales strategies and approaches.
  • Represent Logitech in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Channel Sales And Account Management Within The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Managing Regional Channel Partnerships And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Upper Midwest Market, Including Key Players, Competitive Landscape, And Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
