Job Description

The Lead Structural Packaging Designer is a high-profile role covering both current and future packaging design. Craft the future packaging for Logitech. Understand and contribute to all phases of the design thinking process from conceptual to strategic, and tactical to implementation. Craft beautiful details, while keeping the bigger picture in mind, and vice versa. Provide team leadership with the ability to run projects with little support. Develop packaging dielines, as well as thermoform, molded pulp, and other molded material packaging for complex surfaced products. Create compelling presentations throughout development to cross-functional teams.

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in structural packaging design

  • Experience defining Packaging Materials (paper, plastics, foam, etc.), manufacturing processes of them, properties, and relative cost basis

  • Strong portfolio of cutting edge retail packaging design

  • In-depth knowledge of sustainable packaging trends and practices
