  1. Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software and network-related issues.
  2. Monitor and respond to IT service tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.
  4. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain new systems and technologies.
  5. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.
  6. Conduct routine maintenance and updates on existing systems.
  7. Document and update IT procedures, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
  8. Communicate with employees in a clear and professional manner regarding technical issues and solutions.
  9. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
  10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  11. Complete assigned projects and tasks within the given timeframe.
  12. Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline IT processes.
  15. Take initiative and be proactive in identifying and addressing potential IT issues.
  16. Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times.
  17. Assist in maintaining inventory and tracking IT assets.
  18. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving IT services and processes.

  20. Adhere to all safety and security protocols while working in the office or remotely.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Skills: As An It Service Support Intern At Logitech, You Will Be Expected To Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Hardware And Software Systems, Including Troubleshooting Techniques And Network Protocols.

  • Customer Service Experience: This Position Will Require You To Communicate With Customers On A Regular Basis, So Having Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Highly Desirable.

  • Knowledge Of Itil Framework: Logitech Follows The Itil (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Framework For It Service Management, So Having Knowledge Of This Framework And Its Processes Is A Plus.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: As An It Service Support Intern, You Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Technical Issues. Having Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Think Critically Is Essential For This Role.
