Job Description

Manage our Workday solution to meet the business needs and support the Workday global solution. Build and maintain People Services’ reporting and analytics function that creates high quality, contextually-relevant analytics/reports to improve decision-making and business outcomes. Support/prioritize business reporting needs, leadership questions, and ad hoc requests. Provide analytics and information to stakeholders to help address their business questions. Acts as a liaison between HR and IT or third-party systems vendors. Lead the day to day activities of the HRIS team while developing, coaching, and providing feedback to the team. Maintains technical knowledge, educates self on emerging solutions, and builds professional and vendor relationships. Develop, maintain, and be responsible for our Workday Roadmap, including new modules, release schedule, maintenance updates, and documentation.

Job Qualifications
  • 10+ years of a strong HRIS background

  • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, in a fast-paced environment with responsibility

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and fun environment

  • Possesses strong operational and project management experience, driving exceptional results on a daily basis
