
HR Systems Analyst
Logitech is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced HR Systems Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to make an impact on the HR team and our organization. As an HR Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our HR systems, analyzing and troubleshooting any issues that arise, and optimizing the system to meet the needs of our organization.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of HR systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You should also have a passion for staying up to date with the latest developments in HR systems technology. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.We are excited to find an HR Systems Analyst who can take our HR systems to the next level. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of HR systems, troubleshoot any issues and optimize system performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and develop recommendations for improving HR systems.
- Coordinate with software vendors to ensure that all HR systems are up to date with the latest technology.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to HR systems.
- Work closely with HR personnel to ensure that all processes are compliant with regulations.
- Develop training materials and provide users with support and guidance on the use of HR systems.
- Monitor system performance and analyze usage data to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and other analytics to provide insights into HR system metrics.
- Create and maintain documentation related to HR systems.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to HR systems.
