- Develop and implement channel strategies for the DACH region in alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of channel managers to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Identify and establish new partnerships and distribution channels to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, including retailers, resellers, and distributors.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
