  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization.
  2. Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures to mitigate identified risks.
  3. Monitor and analyze regulatory changes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management processes and procedures.
  5. Utilize risk management tools and techniques to evaluate and prioritize risks.
  6. Communicate risk assessment findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  8. Stay informed on emerging risks and potential threats to the organization and proactively make recommendations for mitigation.
  9. Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management principles and procedures.
  10. Prepare and present reports on risk management activities and progress to senior management.
  11. Participate in audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Analysis Or Governance, Risk And Compliance (Grc) Roles.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards Such As Gdpr, Sox, And Iso 27001.

  • Familiarity With Grc Software And Tools, Such As Rsa Archer Or Metricstream.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks For The Organization.
