  1. Develop and implement global and North American strategic programs that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key initiatives that will drive business growth.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the technology industry.
  4. Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for strategic programs and ensure they are executed efficiently.
  5. Monitor and track program performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
  6. Lead and facilitate cross-functional team meetings to drive alignment and progress on program goals.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact program success.
  8. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure successful program delivery.

  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Logitech, promoting our products and values to partners and customers.
  11. Train and mentor team members on strategic program management best practices.
  12. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize program effectiveness.
  13. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure global programs are tailored to specific market needs.
  14. Uphold Logitech's high standards of quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
  15. Travel as needed to support program initiatives and attend industry events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Global Or North American Strategic Program Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Consumer Technology Products And The Global Market.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Strategic Programs In A Global Or North American Context.
