Job Description

Act as the subject matter expert for the gaming team regarding influencer personalities, esports teams, key partnerships, and emerging trends. Identify, build, and sustain ‘always on’ relationships with relevant influencers and thought leaders. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with different stakeholders (Sales, Category marketing managers, business group, global team) to maximize impact. Manage the end-to-end esports and gaming influencer plans including strategy and execution for gaming in North America to meet regional commercial/marketing objectives. Support new product launches and always on campaigns with a creative, socially driven mindset that advances the brand and pays off with business results. Establish, track, and provide feedback on key performance results, metrics. Implement data and analytics into key marketing decision making.

Job Qualifications

  • Esports partnership/Industry experience, required.

  • MBA is a plus.

  • Ability to influence business, brand, marketing strategy across the organization.

  • 5+ years of related experience
