As an EPM Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining our Anaplan platform to support our global finance and operations teams.   1. Lead the development and implementation of Logitech's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions using Anaplan.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  3. Design and build Anaplan models and applications to support global finance and operations teams.
  4. Ensure the Anaplan platform is scalable, efficient, and meets business requirements.
  5. Conduct regular maintenance and updates to the Anaplan platform to ensure data accuracy and system stability.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Anaplan.
  7. Stay up-to-date with Anaplan best practices and new features to continuously improve and optimize the platform.
  8. Train and mentor team members on Anaplan development and best practices.
  9. Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed.
  10. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the EPM function.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards.
  13. Stay informed on industry trends and developments related to EPM and Anaplan.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
  15. Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion within designated timelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Anaplan, With At Least 2 Years In A Lead Developer Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Planning And Analysis Processes And Methodologies.

  • Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Anaplan Models, Including Integration With Other Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Project Timelines.
