Job Description

Logitech is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team and take responsibility for managing relationships with our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and a strong understanding of the enterprise technology market. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new enterprise clients
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities in the enterprise technology market
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide customer service and support
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with enterprise clients
  • Monitor progress of enterprise accounts and ensure efficient and timely delivery of services
  • Track and analyze customer trends and provide feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of Logitech products and features to effectively promote them
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer data and sales activities
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to foster relationships and identify new opportunities
