Job Description

Be the bridge for teams throughout the company to integrate Logitech’s social impact initiatives so they’re cohesive and support Logitech’s Equality & Environment values. Define the long-term strategic plan for how Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging comes to life at Logitech, and how by changing the way we do business we can better serve people. Partner with People & Culture colleagues globally to maximize our impact finding, growing and retaining diverse people. Be an advocate for driving Logitech’s Accountability and Action Commitments, more specifically, transparently measuring and reporting our progress through the annual DEIB report and supporting education at every level. Work with the Sustainability team to align regularly on the landscape of Logitech’s social impact programs, demonstrating Logitech’s commitment Equality & Environment to its internal and external communities.
