  1. Develop and implement strategies for integrating sustainable design principles into the product development process.
  2. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in sustainable design.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability is considered in all aspects of product development.
  4. Identify and evaluate potential sustainability risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  5. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source sustainable materials and processes.
  6. Conduct life cycle assessments and provide recommendations for reducing environmental impact.
  7. Lead the development and implementation of sustainable design guidelines and standards.
  8. Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Educate and train team members on sustainable design principles and best practices.
  10. Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations related to sustainability and ensure compliance.
  11. Participate in industry conferences and events to share knowledge and promote Logitech's commitment to sustainability.
  12. Seek out opportunities to improve sustainability in all aspects of the company's operations.
  13. Act as a point of contact for all sustainability-related inquiries and initiatives.
  14. Stay up-to-date on consumer and market trends related to sustainability and incorporate them into product development.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve Logitech's sustainability practices to maintain our position as a global leader in sustainability.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Industrial Design, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sustainable Design, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proficiency In Using Sustainability Assessment Tools And Methods, Such As Life Cycle Assessment (Lca) And Design For Environment (Dfe).

  • Knowledge Of Sustainable Materials And Manufacturing Processes, Including Understanding Of Global Regulations And Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Lead Sustainability Initiatives Within The Company.
