- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes that align with Logitech's overall business objectives and drive growth in the European market.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to understand market trends and demands and align supply chain operations accordingly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and inventory holding costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain management, including environmental and ethical standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in supply chain management and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency in supply chain operations.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management, With A Focus On Commercial Operations In The European Market.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field. Mba Preferred.
Strong Understanding Of European Business Practices And Regulations, With Proven Experience In Managing Cross-Border Operations.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers, Distributors, And Internal Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing Cost-Saving Initiatives And Driving Operational Efficiencies Within A Supply Chain Environment.
