  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes that align with Logitech's overall business objectives and drive growth in the European market.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  3. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to understand market trends and demands and align supply chain operations accordingly.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
  6. Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and inventory holding costs.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain management, including environmental and ethical standards.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in supply chain management and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency in supply chain operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management, With A Focus On Commercial Operations In The European Market.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field. Mba Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of European Business Practices And Regulations, With Proven Experience In Managing Cross-Border Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers, Distributors, And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing Cost-Saving Initiatives And Driving Operational Efficiencies Within A Supply Chain Environment.
