
Total Rewards Analyst
Logan Health is searching for an experienced Total Rewards Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of all compensation and benefit programs for our organization. We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual who can bring innovative ideas to the table and collaborate effectively with other departments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, and at least 5 years of professional experience in compensation and benefits with a growing company. In addition, you should have excellent organizational skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement total rewards programs and initiatives for the organization.
- Analyze existing programs and develop new strategies to optimize performance and maximize cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct job evaluations and market studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefit packages.
- Manage the annual salary review process and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support the development of job descriptions and salary ranges.
- Communicate total rewards programs to employees and other stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date records of compensation and benefit programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other external partners.
- Monitor and analyze trends in compensation and benefits policies.
- Provide guidance and support to the HR team on total rewards issues.
