Senior Applications Specialist

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field• 5+ years of experience in software development, application development, or a related field• Experience developing applications in C++, Java, Python, or other programming languages• Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or MS SQL Server• Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Develop software applications using programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python • Create databases in Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server, and other database systems • Design and implement efficient software development processes • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues • Develop and maintain documentation on software application processes • Ensure that internal and external customers have an optimal experience • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines • Stay up to date on the latest technology and trends in software application development • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
