
RN - Resource Nurse
Logan Health is looking for an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team as a Resource Nurse. This position requires someone who has the drive and enthusiasm to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients. The ideal candidate is an experienced RN who is committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients.The Resource Nurse will be responsible for providing support to staff and patients in the areas of patient care and clinical operations, with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. This position requires an RN with a thorough knowledge of the nursing process and its application to patient care, and a strong commitment to collaboration with inter-professional teams. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Provide support to staff and patients in the areas of patient care and clinical operations, with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain a professional, compassionate, and friendly approach with patients and families.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in continuing education activities as needed.
- Assume other duties as assigned.
