
RN - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
Logan Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). This individual will be a key member of our PICU team, providing the highest quality of care for critically ill pediatric patients in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care for critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
- Develop and implement patient care plans to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and adjust treatments as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare and treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for each patient.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and collaborate on innovative treatments.
- Remain up-to-date on the latest advances in pediatric intensive care.
Diagnosis
Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn)
Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License
Minimum Of Two Years Of Recent Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (Picu) Experience
Knowledge Of Patient Assessment
And Treatment Modalities
Ability To Develop Patient Teaching Plans
Demonstrated Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Members Of The Healthcare Team
Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills Both
