RN - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct nursing care for critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
2. Develop and implement patient care plans to ensure the highest quality of care.
3. Monitor patients’ vital signs and adjust treatments as needed.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
5. Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare and treatment.
6. Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for each patient.
8. Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and collaborate on innovative treatments.
9. Remain up-to-date on the latest advances in pediatric intensive care.
