To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, a valid state license or certification, and a minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy. You should also have strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of home health regulations. Responsibilities:

1. Provide physical therapy services to patients in the home setting.

5. Provide education and support to patients and their families about physical therapy services.
