Perioperative Support Technician

Logan Health is looking for an experienced and dedicated Perioperative Support Technician who is committed to providing excellent care to our patients. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Perioperative team, providing technical and operational support to the department. This position requires a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, and a passion for patient-centered care. 1. Assist Perioperative team with patient preparation and instrumentation.
2. Provide technical support for surgical procedures.
3. Facilitate efficient operation of the Perioperative department.
4. Maintain inventory of supplies.
5. Ensure patient comfort and safety by monitoring vital signs.
6. Provide patient education regarding perioperative care.
7. Communicate with other healthcare professionals.
8. Maintain accurate records of patient care.
9. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
10. Follow established policies and procedures.
